Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Irismarie.mk@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
